Earlier this week I created some general printable planners, and I'd like to continue with that Series by designing some planners for mental health. Keeping your mind in check is a good way to stay productive and focused.

Morning Ritual

How you start your day is important; this helps you set the mood for whether you will be productive or be in a bad mood, which might not let you perform at your best. So having a guide, getting your thoughts in order, and having a positive affirmation in place can empower you. It might not always be easy at first, but with practice and consistency, a morning routine can help you start your day right.

Suggestion In a morning routine planner:
"Listen to Mediation, podcasts, positive affirmation audio quotes, and reciting positive quotes".

Daily mood check

Knowing how you feel plays a big part in how you will perform at any task. Tracking and knowing why you feel this way is a great way to understand the problem. Asking the right questions will lead you to the answer. This will help you understand which areas of your life you may need to work on yourself. This will lead you to find patterns in either bad habits or just something that triggers you to feel sad or unmotivated. Remember, the more you feel better, the more motivated you are. This is why I will provide a page especially for this in this free planner.

Exploring gratitude

Take some time to reflect on the week you've had. If it was bad, think about why it was that way. Regardless, you can always find something to be grateful for, which is why I've created a page to list things that you are grateful for. This will help you find the good and remind you that there are good things in your life.

Use affirmations and positive quotes

I've got a page where you will have blank squares to write down inspirational quotes and positive affirmations. Use this to draw inspiration and motivation from yourself to push through. To remind yourself that you can do this. Giving you more confidence the more you practice using daily affirmations.

If you want to get creative, you can use cut-out letters and positive sayings to stick on this page.

Write out the thing that is stressing you

Sometimes it can be frustrating to keep things bottled up, and letting them out is the best relief. Having a page where you write out how you feel or what is worrying you can be therapeutic. This is why I want to give you a journal page.

Track your thoughts

I want to give you a page to track your thoughts to help you understand your mindset better. This will help you correct negative or irrational thoughts. Think of this as a habit tracker for your mind.
