Today I'm talking this post on a productivity route. So I have created a 5-page planner for daily tasks. From daily notes, appointments, thoughts, and habit trackers.

The purpose of a planner

Productivity is probably what comes to mind when you hear people talk about planners. This is so true because it is easy to get trapped inside your mind, sifting through hundreds of thoughts and ideas without even knowing where to start.

A planner is meant to put everything you need to do in one tangible place. Knowing what to do and when to do it will save you time and help you focus on the things you need to do. So having a printable planner in a place where you can see it will remind you of the task at hand.

What can you use these planners for?

Creating notes and ideas

Notes can help you capture ideas that you may forget later. So in the moment, using a planner can help you write down these ideas. Later, these ideas can turn into goals once you have gone through them in greater detail. You can set more specific goals. So use notes to brainstorm ideas and be creative.

Appointments

So recently, a friend told me that he forgot to make an important call and screwed up. I asked why he didn't put a reminder on his phone. He said it slipped his mind and he didn't plan to do it because you know how busy you can get on your smartphone.

This situation gave me insight into creating a planner page for appointments. You can write down people that you need to email or call, and even have a notes area where you can modify it to mention if it is someone's birthday.

Track your habits

We frequently do things without recognizing it, such as checking social media more than we should, but tracking what you do will provide you with better insight into what you should be doing less of or more of. So I created a simple habit tracking page for the week where you can write down up to ten tasks you want to track.

Mood and thoughts

This page is a little different. I decided to make something where you can track your moods, thoughts, worries, and expectations. Helping you keep track of your mental health is essential to being productive. You can do better if you are in high spirits. So writing out your worries or fears and what to expect in your life can maybe give you better clarity on what you need to do.

Day-to-day tasks and notes

Every day, there is always something to note down or some task you need to do. So with the day-to-day page planner and notes section You can list the daily tasks you need to get done. This will give you a great overview of your week.

Priority tasks

This page I've created is in three sections: high, medium, and low priority. This will help organize tasks from the most important to the least important. This is a great way to stay productive and focus on what needs urgent attention first.
